Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my goods to the pickup location?
Producers deliver their product orders to one of four delivery/pickup sites in Cheyenne, Laramie, Torrington, and Wheatland. Products are then transported to a central location in Wheatland where volunteers assemble each member’s monthly order and sort according to pickup location.
Once my application is accepted, how do I learn how to use the WyoFresh platform to list my goods for sale?
We have training materials available, including a detailed video that explains the process, from soup to nuts.
As a producer do I have voting rights or ownership in the cooperative?
Producers can join WyoFresh at three different levels. Only the Regular Membership level has voting rights and ownership in the cooperative.
As a producer, can I order from other producers? Or do I have to also become a member?
Producer applications are only accepted from co-op members at the voting level. As a co-op member you can place orders from other producers.
How do I get paid?
We write you a check upon delivering the products to your delivery site. You will receive a single check for all of your sales for that order cycle. If we lose or damage the product – we pay for it.
